The Alavi Foundation issued its first installment of $150,000 as part of a $400,000 donation to the Muslim Community School of Potomac, Maryland. The contribution and overall donation come after a previously approved budget plan submitted by the school for its expenses.
In a letter to the MCS Interim Board of Directors, Alavi Foundation President, Dr. Houshang Ahmadi, wished the organization success in their endeavors.
